In December of 2001, reknowned tantric scholar and yogi Dinu Roman came to Miami to teach a small private seminar on the single aspect of tantrism that most intrigues non-tantrics - the erotic and exotic in tantra... the "Secrets of Tantra."
Although well versed in all aspects of tantric yoga, Dinu presented this seminar at the request of his student, Santiago Dobles, on behalf of Santiago's yoga students.
A Sony Hi8 camcorder recorded the seminar for posterity, and for the future use of the small group of students admitted to the seminar that weekend. The recording was never intended for the public -- if it were, professional recording equipment would have been used... But we realize how little information is available in the west on maithuna, the lovemaking that is a part of left hand path tantrism, and how even less is available demonstrating the transcendant emotions that are evoked during maithuna, we thought it wise to place Dinu's landmark seminar on DVD for the public. Nevermind that the video and audio quality are unprofessional -- every tantric who has seen the seminar has commented on the lucidity of the teachings, on Dinu's perfect transmission of the tantric ethos...
